T. Eric Foster oversees the Compass team responsible for strategic design and management of competitive benefits offerings for PEOs. As former head of Aetna’s PEO division, Eric has partnered with industry leaders to shape today’s marketplace. Eric has 30 years of in-depth industry experience in senior sales and underwriting leadership roles. He remains actively engaged in the healthcare debate as a member of NAPEO’s healthcare taskforce and contributing writer to PEO Insider.
Eric has a degree in Economics from The College of William & Mary. He is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and licensed life and health agent.
Lauren leads the technology team in the execution of technology strategy and initiatives. Lauren has over 20 years of operations and business analysis, technology, and program management experience. She has worked with Compass and its sister company Prospective Risk Management since 2013. Prior to working for Compass, Lauren oversaw various human resources analysis and technology teams at Capital One.
Lauren is a graduate of the Honors program at James Madison University where she earned a BA in psychology. She also holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Kym Porter has over 25 years of experience in the PEO and Health Benefits Industry. Prior to joining Compass Consulting, Kym served as Vice President PEO Solutions Group at AON, working with multiple PEO’s in the areas of health plan management, project planning, carrier strategies, underwriting practices and sales training. Kym has also held key leadership positions with TriNet, Willis Towers Watson and Namely.
Kym has a degree in International Business from Penn State University. She is a designated Group Benefits Associate (GBA) and Charter Benefits Consultant (CBC).
Brian has more than 28 years of group medical insurance underwriting experience. Prior to joining PEO Velocity, Brian was CVS Health/Aetna’s Director of PEO Underwriting responsible for more than 25 PEO sponsored master medical policies insuring close to 700,000 members. For 20 years at Aetna, Brian managed a growing team of underwriters focusing solely on Aetna’s PEO business Including the aggregation of existing plan sponsors under the unit, defining underwriting and operational policies and procedures and evaluating new business opportunities. Brian began his Aetna career following college as a National Account, large group underwriting consultant in the Middletown/Hartford offices in Connecticut.
Brian is a graduate of the University of Hartford with a B.S. degree in Economics/Finance.
Stacia has more than 20 years of group benefits experience, in PEO as well as mid to large market . Prior to joining PEO Velocity, she worked for a for a global third-party payroll and benefits administration company, with some of the leading fortune 500 clients as her clients. She has managed a team of business analysts focused on benefit plan data interfaces while working closely with benefits and payroll leadership at some of the largest corporations in America. She has a broad range of benefits experience, including health and welfare and employee retirement plans.
Stacia graduated from Flagler College with a degree in Business Administration with an Economics minor.
